Werku will prepare a commercial profile of the User with said personal data, but will not make automated decisions based on that profile.

The personal data of the User will be recorded in a client file and its treatment will be recorded in the Werku treatment register. The company Sendinblue will act as the processor of the personal data of the User and Werku as the controller of said data. LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the treatment of the personal data of the User is the following:

The User has the possibility to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or any other competent body, when he has not obtained a satisfactory solution in the exercise of his rights.

These rights will be taken care of by Werku within a period of one month, which may be extended to two months, due to the complexity of the request or if the number of requests received so requires. All this without prejudice to the duty to keep certain data in the legal terms and until the possible responsibilities derived from a possible treatment, or, where appropriate, from a contractual relationship prescribe.

In addition to the aforementioned and in relation to data protection regulations, the User who so requests, has the possibility of organizing the destination of his data after his death.
